Portsmouth hairdressers and barbers welcome back customers looking for a trim
Mike Yeoman, 48, of Southsea, was happy to patiently wait for his haircut outside Bob the Barber on Albert Road in the cold.
'I've been out here for more than half an hour but I don't mind. I think it's a good idea to have one person in the barber at a time. We still need to be careful,' he said.
