Service company honoured for its well-being work
Teleplan, in Langstone Technology Park, Havant, is one of only two SMEs in the area to be awarded the Workplace Wellbeing Award.
The award is presented to organisations that show, by way of assessment, their commitment to employees’ health and well-being in the workplace by providing guidance and signposting that allows employees to make informed lifestyle choices.

Victoria Gardner, the company’s UK human resources advisor, said: ‘Although we are an SME in Hampshire, as a global company we promote well-being in all of our sites.
‘Therefore being involved with Portsmouth City Council to gain this accreditation was a progressive step for us as an organisation in the UK.
‘The well-being journey for us as an organisation, has always been to support our employees in their own journeys inside and outside of work.

Teleplan UK was awarded the Workplace Well-being Charter last month following the council’s rigorous assessment.
