Third consecutive gold for IT services company
The company, based on the Cams Hall Estate in Fareham, retained the accolade despite the introduction of tougher assessment criteria.
Taylor Made was the first company in Hampshire and the first technology company across the south to receive Gold recognition when it was first awarded in 2009, and its status was renewed in 2012.

Hide AdThe latest renewal, which lasts for three years, comes after a rigorous assessment which looked at how the firm empowers staff, recognises and rewards good performance and delivers continuous improvement. Assessors conducted an online survey of Taylor Made’s 120 staff followed by in-depth interviews and research.
