‘The time capsule is a fitting tribute created by the children to keep an important part of local history alive, and will be there to be found and treasured by whoever comes across it in the future.’
The time capsule was buried in the gardens of the development.
The home will have 12 one-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom apartments, marketed exclusively for those over 60.
