Coronavirus: 13 more Covid-19 deaths at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth announced

The nine men and four women were aged between 51 and 91. All had underlying health conditions, Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust said.
Before the announcement on Saturday, it was known 18 people had died so far. This takes the total at QA Hospital to 31.
It comes as deaths in the UK jumped from 759 to 1,019.

Hide AdDr John Knighton, medical director at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, said: ‘Sadly we can confirm that in the past days 13 patients who were being cared for at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth (QA) and had Covid-19, have died.
'The patients, nine men and four women, aged between 51 and 93, all had underlying health conditions.
'We have spoken with the families of the patients and our thoughts are with them at this distressing time.’
