Mark Brandford was jailed this month after brutally murdering 32-year-old Kayleigh Dunning at his flat in Kingston Crescent, North End, in December 2019.
Portsmouth Crown Court heard how he spent a year using her stolen phone to send explicit images of her to friends and family in a bid to drive her towards him.

Now the Portsmouth Community Safety Partnership is carrying out a domestic homicide review.
Such a review is triggered after the murder of a person aged over 16 who has been killed by someone with whom they were in a relationship, or lived in the same household.
They involve multiple agencies in the area.
A city council spokeswoman said: ‘As per the legislative guidance Portsmouth Community Safety Partnership are undertaking a Domestic Homicide review following the murder of Kayleigh Dunning.’
