n Michael Kelly, 43, of no fixed address, admitted theft of chocolate worth £51 from Iceland in Portsmouth on November 23 last year.
He admitted assault by beating on the same date at the Bridge Shopping Centre.

n Andrew Mills, 56, of The Beach, Eastleigh, admitted drink-driving in Goldsmith Avenue, Southsea, on August 14 last year.

n Jagdeep Sidhu, 38, of Pains Road, Portsmouth, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements after he was released from prison.
He failed to report for appointments on four days in October.
Magistrates jailed him for 14 weeks.

Hide Adn Clifford Teague, 35, of Churchfoot Lane, Sturminster Newton, Dorset, admitted stealing whisky worth £30 from Tesco on April 22 in Portsmouth.
Teague must pay £85 prosecution costs.
n Neil Stevens, 63, of Waverley Road, Southsea, was jailed for eight weeks for having alcohol on a bus.
He admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by having an open container of alcohol on a bus at The Hard on November 16.
It was his eighth breach of the order. He must pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Faye was fined £250 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
Magistrates banned him from driving for a year.
