Hide Adn Samuel Timms, 37, of Wisborough Road, Southsea, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Clarence Pier on June 24.
He was fined £50 with a £30 victim surcharge to pay.
n Daniel Evans, 30, of Knowle Avenue, Knowle, admitted assault by beating against a man, two assaults on police and a public order offence on July 4.
He was jailed for 18 weeks in total.
The public order offence was using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing fear of or provoking violence.
He committed all the offences in West Street, Fareham.
n Graeme Ferrie, 38, of Fairfield Avenue, Fareham, admitted stealing two bottles of fragrance from Debenhams in Fareham on July 1.

n Charlotte Whitehead, 26, of The Crossway, Fareham, admitted drink-driving in Dore Avenue, Fareham, on May 14. She was fined £260 with a 22-month driving ban. A test showed she had 200 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, more than double the 80mg limit. She must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
n James Cannon, 33, of Naget Way, Portchester, admitted breaching a dispersal order in Fareham on August 2 and was jailed for 10 weeks.
