n Michael Gorman, 51, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a restraining order.

Hide AdHe went to Beaulieu Avenue, Havant, from where he was banned, for 45 minutes on July 5. Magistrates jailed him for 28 days as he was recalled to prison.
He must pay a £115 victim surcharge.
n Georgina Miron, 21, of Spinnaker Drive, Hilsea, admitted three counts of assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty.
She assaulted Nigel Fleet, Ashley Helm and Paula Sacree, on April 18 in Eastfield Road, Eastney.

Hide Adn Nathan Newman, 19, care of Langstone House, Fareham, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty.
He was fined 20 for the July 7 offence in Fareham.
He must pay a £30 victim surcharge and was detained in court but this was deemed served as he spent time in custody. Newman also admitted breaching a conditional discharge for common assault but no action was taken.
n Melissa Banks, 36, of Swanton Close, Stubbington, admitted two counts assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty in Stubbingon on April 15.
Banks was fined £250 for each assault, with £200 compensation, a £25 victim surcharge and £100 prosecution costs to pay.

Hide Adn Gary Killington, 36, of Wingfield Street, Buckland, admitted stealing meat and alcohol worth £120 from Marks and Spencer on July 8.
Magistrates imposed a 14-day prison term suspended for 12 months. He must pay £150 compensation.
Killington also admitted stealing six bottles of Jack Daniels worth £150 from Marks and Spencer on the same day.
Magistrates gave him an additional 14-day sentence.
