Magistrates hand drink-driver a ban
DRINK-DRIVER Ben Robinson has been banned from the roads.
The 35-year-old, of Nursling Crescent, Havant, was caught on April 3 in the same road.
A test revealed he had 59mcg of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mcg legal limit.

Hide AdHe must pay a £350 fine, a £35 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
Portsmouth magistrates banned him from driving for 15 months.
He was fined £116 after admitting resisting a PC in the execution of his duty on the same day.
