Man caught when he was over limit
A DRINK-DRIVER has been banned for 17 months.
Curtis Daly, 33, was caught on the M275 nearly double the legal limit.
Daly, of Rochester Road, Southsea, was stopped driving a BMW 118D on October 14.

Hide AdA test revealed he had 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mg legal limit. Portsmouth magistrates fined him £500.
He must pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
