Naked pervert caught by teenage girls touching himself in Bishop's Waltham

The man, thought to be around 40, was spotted by the teenagers at Bishop’s Waltham Palace, a Grade II listed ruin, on Wednesday afternoon.
Hampshire police said the girls saw him wearing a plain black T-shirt and short and carrying a black rucksack before he stripped off at 1.30pm.

Hide AdHe then touched himself inappropriately in front of the girls. He was of slim build, police said, but had a beer belly.
A Hampshire police spokeswoman said: ‘Officers have made a number of enquiries and are now turning to you for help.
‘Were you in the Bishop’s Waltham Palace grounds on Wednesday at the relevant times?
‘Perhaps you saw someone matching the description, or may have captured him in the background of a photo you took?

Hide Ad‘We are also keen to speak to a woman who spoke with the two girls and may have also witnessed the incident.’
English Heritage maintains the site. It is open to the public. The man was seen near the Station Road gate.
The former grand residence was built in the 12th and 14th centuries.
Works were started by the brother of King Stephen - Bishop Henry of Blois.
There remains a three-storey tower at the site.
