Nuisance 999 caller, 63, banned from calling emergency services
Julie Anders, 63, of Mariners Way, Gosport, has been slapped with a two-year criminal behaviour order banning her from calling 999 unless in a genuine emergency.
Portsmouth magistrates warned her she is a nuisance and has been making persistent calls to emergency services.

Hide AdAnders admitted three charges of sending a message of grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. The offences run between February and October last year.
She also admitted two charges of persistently using communications to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety between May and June last year, and between December 2018 and September last year.
Magistrates imposed an eight-week jail term suspended for a year.
She admitted assaulting two detention officers in Portsmouth.
