POLICE forced entry into a flat this afternoon after a call from a member of the public concerned about a woman ‘seen shouting out of a window’.
Officers entered the flat in London Road, Hilsea after getting no answer at the door.
A police spokeswoman said: ‘We were called just before 2pm today (July 20) to a concern for welfare after a member of the public saw a woman shouting out of a window.

Hide Ad‘Officers attended and got no answer at the address. Due to concerns over her safety, officers entered the address however it was empty.
