REGIONAL: Motorcyclist suffers life-threatening injuries in Southampton crash
The 35-year-old man was involved in a collision with a Ford Transit van on Howard Road at around 7am this morning (August 31).
The motorcyclist, from Fair Oak, has suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to Southampton General Hospital.
The driver of the van, a 49-year-old man, was uninjured.

Hide AdPolice are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them.Â
A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: '˜We are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Southampton this morning.Â
'˜Investigations into the exact circumstances of the collision are ongoing and officers would like to speak to anyone who saw what happened, or who may have seen either vehicle prior to the incident.
'˜The collision happened by the forecourt to Addenro House Hotel.
