Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service Control posted a GIF on Twitter of a panda bear holding its head after crews from Southsea had to ‘extricate’ the hapless youth in a play area in Goldsmith Avenue, Fratton, just before 6pm on Monday evening.
The girl was seemingly attempting a TikTok challenge where teenagers film themselves using children's swings before getting stuck.

A message from Hants Fire Control on Twitter said: ‘A crew from @Southsea24 attended a play area in Goldsmith Avenue, Fratton to extricate a female teenager from a child's swing using "manual extraction" = very uncomfortable!’
The post added: ‘You are big and definitely not clever.’
The TikTok challenge is thought to be behind a number of rescues of teenagers trapped in child and baby swings.
Firefighters up and down the UK have been called to free youngsters after taking on the challenge appearing on Chinese video sharing social network TikTok.
