So far, more than £2,800 has been raised for the family.
Sammie, who first met Jutt when she was 12 years old, has spoken about how the family is faring in the face of a tragedy.
The 29-year-old said: ‘The kids amaze me every day – they ask plenty of questions but we don’t hold anything back from them.
‘We do break down sometimes but we do that together, as a family; they’re all so strong.

The fundraiser itself was set up by Claire Harris, Sammie’s best friend.
She said: ‘I wanted to do it to take the stress of it away from them.
‘Times are tough but Jutt deserves a beautiful send-off – and we've had donations from all over.

Jutt was first diagnosed five years ago, with the illness rearing its ugly head again last year.
Sammie and the family have been trying to stay positive, despite everything that’s going on.
What’s more, the coronavirus outbreak means they are all able to stay together without having to leave for work or school
She said: ‘The support has absolutely blown us away.
