The modern three-bedroom West Sussex bungalow, known as Sea Mist, has belonged to German two-time Olympic snowboarder Jan Michaelis and his wife Alina for more than eight years.
The couple are raffling off the property at £2.50 per ticket, with the aim to raise £50,000 for marine conservation charity Surfers Against Sewage and another good cause set to be announced in the ‘coming weeks’.

Jan said: ‘We are thrilled that the competition has received such positive feedback and support from entrants.
‘We think Surfers Against Sewage's work is incredibly important to preserve the UKs beautiful coastline and beaches and protect wildlife and people alike.’
The Olympian hopes to raise over £50,000 through the competition.

Hide AdRobert Hills, the south coast representative of Surfers Against Sewage, said: ‘These donated funds could help further the charity’s #EndSewagePollution campaign.
‘There were over 1,700 spills of sewage in beaches across England and Wales over the summer, exposing swimmers to the risk of infection and illness.
‘The worst offender was Southern Water, who oversees 700 miles of coastline in Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
‘With the rise of staycations this year, swimming and watersports in our stretch of coastline are now more popular than ever, and studies show that there is a risk of infections, stomach upsets, e coli and hepatitis from swimming in raw sewage.’
