Driver injured after M27 crash involving car and lorry

The two vehicles collided on the eastbound carriageway of the M27 near Junction 9 for Park Gate at around 7.30am today.
The car driver suffered minor injuries, the ambulance service said.

Hide AdLanes one and two were blocked and emergency services were immediately called out to the scene. There were delays for an hour.
A spokesman for South Central Ambulance Service said: ‘This was a collision between a lorry and a car that was reported around 7.30am.
‘The car driver was treated at the scene for minor injuries by the ambulance crew we sent to the incident.’
By 8.20am, the two vehicles had been cleared from the motorway and congestion began to ease.
