Portsmouth boss Kenny Jackett's 'awesome trait' ex-Fulham and Rotherham winger wish he had
Against the backdrop of two play-off semi-final defeats, Jackett came under severe pressure from supporters after the Blues failed to win their opening three League One fixtures this season.
However, the ex-Millwall supremo has turned around Pompey’s fortunes.

Now Williams is hoping it can be third time lucky for Jackett in Pompey’s bid to return to the Championship.
The Aussie said: ‘Sometimes managers get stick but that why I suppose they get paid the big bucks.
‘He's been a manager for a long time and probably just will shrug it off.

'He's got experience and been promoted out of this league a few times. He's come close two years in a row and why not the third time of asking?
‘We should have done it last year, I think. We might have done (if the season wasn’t curtailed) but that's football.
‘We're probably in a better position, have a better team and better knowledge than last season.’
That’s an attribute Williams wishes he could develop.

‘I think it's an awesome trait to have where I don't think he cares – not that he doesn't care what they think, but when it's a negative tone then he turns a blind eye to it.
‘He's experienced, done it before and worked with some big players so for everyone's sake I hope we can do it.’
