Kenny Jackett is in the running for Manager of the Month, while Steve Seddon has been put forward for the player accolade.
Their shortlisting reflects a January which saw the resurgent Blues win seven and draw one of their eight matches in all competitions.

Jackett finds himself competing with Darren Moore (Doncaster), Phil Parkinson (Sunderland) and Paul Warne (Rotherham).
However, traditionally cup results are not considered when awarding the Sky Bet honour, which hampers the chances of Pompey’s boss claiming success.
The Blues played four matches in January, earning 10 points, with the other four fixtures arriving in cup competition.

Hide AdLast weekend’s 2-0 triumph over Sunderland is also not considered, as it arrived on February 1.
In comparison, Doncaster boss Moore registered 13 points from six matches, conceding twice, while Parkinson helped Sunderland to 14 points from six unbeaten games.
Finally, Warne, manager of Rotherham, has won four fixtures to climb to League One’s top spot.
In terms of the player accolade, Seddon has been a revelation at Fratton Park since his loan arrival from Birmingham.

Hide AdFocusing on his three league appearances, there has been one goal conceded, while he was involved in both goals in the 2-0 success at Lincoln.
The left-back, of course, also featured in cup wins against Fleetwood, Walsall and Barnsley.
His rivals are Tom Anderson (Doncaster), Chris Maguire (Sunderland) and Ivan Toney (Peterborough).
Central defender Anderson helped Rovers to four clean sheets in January, while he netted with a header in a 2-0 win over Shrewsbury.

Hide AdMaguire, who had an unhappy match against former loan club Pompey last Saturday, scored three times and registered three assists in six games during January.
As for Toney, he struck four times in six Posh matches, including two against promotion rivals Wycombe, during a spell of three-straights wins in the month.
Winners are scheduled to be announced at 6am on Friday, February 7.
