Pompey’s aim is promotion, after suffering play-off semi-final defeat in the past two seasons. Kenny Jackett’s side raise their curtain by welcoming Shrewsbury to Fratton Park.
All 24 teams have their own ambitions, whether that’s reaching the Championship or avoiding relegation.

1. AFC Wimbledon
