He said: '˜The onus is on clubs to take their commitments seriously.
'˜We feel let down after preparing for both games. Personally I don't understand it.
'˜Hampshire got the cup dates out early so clubs could plan for them.

'˜It is disappointing because if you look at the Hampshire competitions this weekend they have been peppered with walkovers.

Portsmouth will make up for their lack of action by playing a Royal Navy under-23 side at Burnaby Road on Wednesday (7.30pm).
