Suki gymnasts take full flight in Heathrow event
They picked up a great haul of medals and confidence will be high as the Gosport club prepare to head to the British Championships on Wednesday at the Liverpool Echo Arena.
Suki’s head coach Natalie Porter was delighted with the results from the Heathrow event at Bracknell Leisure Centre.

Hide AdShe said: ‘I am extremely proud of every gymnast and my team of coaches who are all so inspirational.
‘This is another tremendous stepping stone for the British Championships in Liverpool.
‘Only our national aerobic code and International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) gymnasts compete in the British Championships and will be looking for the same attainment or more.’
In the recreational aerobic code competition at the Heathrow event, Lucie Emmett finished third overall in the foundation category.

Hide AdShe also combined with Kacey Arkley to take third on their debut as a pairing.
Erin Buick and Lily Shearn competed for the first time as a pair in the national development category and they earned the gold medal.
Immie Hamid and Keira Buick were in action in the pre-foundation pair category and finished fourth overall.
Eleanor Meachen finished second in the group one category as she continued her record of earning a medal in every competition this year.

Hide AdSuki also had top-10 finishes for Erin Buick, seventh with a new 2016 best score, and Kacey Arkley, ninth, with a new personal best for 2016.
Of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) gymnasts, Annis Buick (national development category), Sian Bennett and Taylor Townley (group two category) all qualified for finals and performed strongly.
Buick finished eighth overall and Bennett took fifth place while Townley battled on bravely with injury and still put together a nice routine.
Molly Feltham finished eighth in the foundation category.
Jasmine Welsh has been flying in the national aerobic code national development category and she added a bronze to her fantastic medal collection for 2016.

Hide AdWelsh also secured a brilliant gold medal competing as a pair with Josie Vassie.
Tyesha Kirton and Mackenzie Towse (group one pair category) finished joint first with a team from Southport, while Jade Newnham (senior category) got the silver medal.
Individually, Vassie (national development category) finished seventh overall and Callie Moore (group one individual) also took seventh-place.
The club are looking for sponsors to help with the trip to Liverpool.
