Mucky pups after Brindley's birthday party
He said he didn’t want a fuss (he was probably lying), but being the best friend ever that I am, I decided to throw him a surprise bash.
Brindley is well-known in the village – not just because he’s my sidekick – but because he’s quite the helping hand.

It’s for this reason that lots of people attended the party, waiting to shout SURPRISE! as he strolled through the door of his very own house.
Everyone pulled together to make and bring cakes, balloons, confetti, presents, party hats and more.
Not to mention all the food. Party food is my favourite and I knew it was Brindley’s too.

We had a wonderful evening filled with games, laughter and fun and after all the guests had left, Brindley and I had a play fight with icing from the cakes.
We were definitely mucky pups after that.
Three lucky Chipsters have scooped the latest prize in my competition this week.
The winners are:
Quang D’Arcy-Ly (5150)
Rachel Russell (5125) and
Maison Tomlinson (new member)
Congratulations to all three of you.
You have each won yourselves a family ticket to Marwell Zoo.
Hoorah! I hope you all have a great day out.
If you didn’t win this time around, don’t worry.
As always there’s another competition on my page in The News today. Just pop out and buy one and you’ll be able to enter.
Good luck.
Chip chip for now. Chipper.
