Shopping website OnBuy.com has surveyed 65 UK cities and found that Portsmouth is the fourth most generous city, with people spending an average of £15.80 on sweets.
Joanna, who has lived in Portsmouth for five years, not only hands out a bag of chocolates to each child, but designs and prints her own certificates and gold stars to hand out to every child dressed up.
