n Thomas Skae, 26, of no fixed address, admitted criminal damage to bedroom fixtures and furniture at Hope House in Portsmouth on April 24.

He was fined £90 with £100 compensation to pay and must also pay a £30 victim surcharge.

n Taylor Yates, 23, Driftwood Gardens, Southsea, admitted failing to report an accident in Jubilee Road, Southsea, on February 20.

She was fined £80 with five points on her licence.

Yates must also pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Freddie Cartwright, 38, of Wilson Road, Stamshaw, admitted getting on a train without a valid ticket on March 19. He was fined £80 and must pay £8.30 compensation, along with a £20 victim surcharge and £70 prosecution costs.

n Daniel Roberts, 28, of Station Road, Gosport, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order.

He did not turn up for unpaid work on three days.

Magistrates fined him £100 with £50 costs to pay.

n Alexandra Finney, 26, of St Augustine Road, Southsea, admitted being drunk and disorderly on April 8.

Finney admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty on the same day. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge.

Finney must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £50 prosecution costs.

n Raymond Maidment, 48, of Oakmead Gardens, Bournemouth, admitted driving a Mercedes van at HMS Nelson while using a mobile phone in contravention of HMNB Byelaws 1981.

He has to pay a £50 fine, a £30 victim surcharge and £20 prosecution costs.

n Kristopher Burton, 36, of Ham Lane, Gosport, admitted possession of 2.9g of crack cocaine, a class A drug. He also admitted possession of 2.84g of heroin, a class A drug

Magistrates fined him £50 for each drug offence and £25 for the bail offence. He must pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Magistrates ordered the drugs to be forfeited under section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and destroyed.

n Warren Jenkins, 51, of The Ridgeway, Fareham, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath in Waterlooville on April 23.

Magistrates imposed a community order with a 16-day drink-impaired drivers programme and 25 days of rehabilitation activities to complete.

He must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs and was banned from driving for 36 months.

n Michael Levy, 28, of Metherell Avenue, Brixham, Devon, admitted stealing clothes worth £99.97 from Garsons Garden Centre.

He was fined £40 with £99.97 compensation, £85 prosecution costs and a £20 victim surcharge to pay.
