REGIONAL: Crash closes northbound section of A3
An accident caused the closure of a section of the A3 in the morning rush hour today
The crash happened on the northbound carriageway approaching Guildford and forced the closure of the road north of Hurtmore.
Traffic managers said drivers were experiencing a 30 minute delay - building rapidly - on the Milford by-pass.
