The Premier League and Championship have now both returned after more than a 100-day absence amid the coronavirus crisis.
Plenty of ex-Pompey favourites have been present on our screens across the weekend, playing in both the top flight and second tier.
We've taken a look at how they fared in their comeback games...
1. Matt Ritchie - Newcastle

2. Enda Stevens - Sheffield United
The Irishman lined up against Matt Ritchie for the Blades and had an afternoon to forget. The left-back allowed Ritchie's low cross to run between his legs, leaving Allan Saint-Maximin with a simple finish for Newcastle's opening goal in United's 3-0 loss. Stevens also lined-up in a goalless draw against Aston Villa on Wednesday. Photo: Pool
3. Joel Ward - Crystal Palace
The right-back was back on the south coast for Crystal Palace's trip to Bournemouth. It indeed proved a fruitful one for the Emsworth-born defender, with Roy Hodgson's men delivering a 2-0 victory. Photo: Pool
4. Adam Webster - Brighton
The centre-back featured for a full 90 minutes in Brighton's 2-1 victory over Arsenal. Webster made a superb last-ditch challenge to deny Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang a big goalscoring opportunity in the first half. Photo: MIKE HEWITT/POOL/AFP via Getty Images
