Best photos as dream comes true for Vespa-loving Portsmouth mum with terminal cancer

An online appeal for woman with stage four cancer led to around 300 bikers making the journey to Portsmouth.

Hundreds of kind-hearted bikers from across the country gathered at the end of last month to put a huge smile on the face of Portsmouth mum Lorraine Marshall, who has stage four terminal cancer of the lung and liver. But she fulfilled a lifelong dream as around 300 riders joined her for a ride out to Petersfield. The 50-year-old from Eastney was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma in October last year.
