MOBILE phone users on the EE network experiencing trouble accessing their 4G services have been reassured the problem will be fixed by the new year.

An EE spokesperson said: ‘Our engineers are hard at work in Portsmouth and the surrounding areas to bring superfast 4G to as many people as possible, as quickly as possible.

‘We plan to switch on the Cosham area early next year.’

Provider EE had promised ‘Superfast 4G in Portsmouth by December’.
