ACCOUNTANCY firm Taylorcocks has merged with national company 7 Accounts.

Based in London and Chichester, it is a firm of ‘cloud’ accountants specialising in Xero, its add-ons and online packages.

This merger enhances the capability of the Taylorcocks group, in Acorn Business Centre, Cosham, and enables it to provide more in-depth, cloud focused services.

Richard Keyes, managing partner of Taylorcocks, said: ‘In line with our growth plans, we are always on the lookout to merge with, or acquire, other firms where we can see a good fit and exceptional skillsets. I’m delighted that 7 Accounts has joined forces with us. Together we hope to create a dynamic and up-scaled local presence which meets the needs of SMEs.’

Taylorcocks, an Accountancy Age Top 100 firm of chartered accountants and tax advisers, was established in 1992.
