The event took place on Friday February 21 at Portsmouth Guildhall and winning the award has further highlighted Aerial Direct’s continued success and growth.

Following the successful acquisitions of Aerial Telephones in 2018 and long-term partner and software developer IPCortex in 2019, which subsequently opened up a new market and business opportunities, Aerial Direct has enjoyed a year of very strong financial performance and product development.

Part of Aerial Direct’s growth strategy is focused around bridging the gap between mobile and fixed lines by creating a singular communication platform that can be used anytime and anywhere.

Through increasing technological advancements, such as 5G and Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC), Aerial Direct is now able to offer future-proof telephony solutions that can enhance the way businesses communicate, thus enabling next-level connectivity and productivity through a greater ability to work remotely.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, the company has become O2’s largest direct network partner and now has in excess of 240,000 business connections across its telecommunication offerings.

By delivering these bespoke telecoms solutions to businesses of all sizes across the UK, Aerial Direct’s team has increased quarter by quarter from a team of 80 people in 2012 to one of the largest employers in the area.

The plans for expansion don’t stop there. The company’s next development steps for growth are focused around rolling out national offices in strategically-researched locations as well as expanding its market share through a collection of acquisitions.

With today’s corporate needs ever-changing, the company is poised to offer an easy-to-use and adaptable, unified solution that gives business owners the ability to run and scale telecoms more efficiently.

Everything Aerial Direct does and prides itself upon is centered around creating the best customer experience and service. Its customer services and a retentions programme have gained recognition as industry-leading and have transformed the business into a market leader.

All initiatives start by listening to the feedback received, directly or indirectly, from the company's customer base. This allows it to tailor initiatives to remove pain points that customers might have previously experienced.

Aerial Direct’s Head of Service Delivery, Clinton Casteller, said of the company's customer focus: 'We have extensive experience working closely with our partners, suppliers and customers to make sure that solutions are delivered smoothly, on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.

‘Having delivered telecoms solutions for customers of all shapes, sizes and industries, our specialists are there to guide businesses through the transition from proposal to implementation. This quality-driven approach ensures that the needs of the customer are placed at the heart of everything we do.'
