THE Bank of England will be presenting its view on the future of the British economy at an event to be held in Portsmouth.
It is being run in conjunction with the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, and will be held on Tuesday, February 25 and the Marriott Hotel in North Harbour.
The bank’s agent for its Central Southern Agency will introduce the Bank of England’s just-published forecasts for the UK economy over the next few years.
There will be plenty of opportunity for members to ask questions and air comments and concerns on the current economic situation.
The event will run from 7.30am until 9am and costs £20 for chamber members and £25 for non-members. The briefings from the Bank of England always prove popular, so book by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
