HANDELSBANKEN has been highly rated for customer satisfaction and loyalty for the ninth year running.
An independent survey of British banks’ personal and business customers praised the 146-year-old bank, which has also been named ‘Britain’s most admired bank’.
Handelsbanken serves individuals and corporate clients in 207 branches throughout the UK.
Phil Dedman, manager of the Portsmouth branch, said: ‘We are absolutely delighted with the EPSI survey results which clearly demonstrate we are providing excellent service to our customers.
