BHS in Portsmouth to close
BHS '“ including three local stores '“ will disappear from the high street.
Shops in Portsmouth, Fareham and Chichester will close after administrators failed to find a buyer.
The closure nationally will result in the loss of up to 11,000 jobs. Administrator Duff & Phelps announced the business will be wound down and all BHS’s 163 shops closed and sold off to other retailers.
