BRITTANY Ferries has been named Best Family Ferry Operator at the Family Traveller Awards 2015.

Hosted by Bafta-award-winning presenter Katy Hill, the awards took place at London’s highest viewing platform at the top of The Shard.

The awards are the first of their kind to recognise the best of the best in family travel and are the results of both public and panel votes which saw over 26,000 recorded across 18 categories.

Mike Bevens, group commercial director said: ‘As a company, we’ve gone to great lengths over the years to provide a product that isn’t just convenient for families, but which is tailored to their needs and a pleasure for them to use.

‘This includes everything from the dedicated facilities on board, to the cabins, the menus in the restaurants, and the entertainment in the bar.’
