Business support group Portsmouth Business Exchange raises cash for charity

MEMBERS of a Portsmouth business support group showed they care by raising cash for a good cause.

The Portsmouth Business Exchange usually meets weekly at Port Solent but has moved its operations online this year due to the pandemic.

However this did not stop th em from also dipping into their pockets in order to raise funds for Sage House Dementia Support and they handed over a che que just before Christmas.

Dianne Gill, corporate partnerships manager at the charity, said: ‘All of us at Dementia Support would like to say a huge thank you to The Portsmouth Business Exchange for choosing us as their charity of the year and collectively raising £1,685 this year to help us carry on supporting those living with dementia and their carers and families.’
