Business support on offer
A COUNCIL is inviting bids from organisations or individuals for a new business support service.
Winchester City Council, which covers Denmead, Whiteley, Wickham and Bishop’s Waltham, is looking for bids from organisations, consortia of organisations or individuals who have knowledge and understanding in the following areas: current business opportunities; trends and threats; business planning; cash-flow forecasting; human resource legislation; communications and digital marketing.
The support service will provide training, networking, one-to-one advice sessions and mentoring.
Cllr Robert Humby said: ‘We are delighted to be commissioning this new holistic service for businesses.’
