Businesses encouraged to take part in Warsash beach clean

BUSINESSES are being urged to show they care by taking part in a beach clean.

Footprint's 1st Beach Clean - Sunday 2nd June

The event is being held on June 2 from 9am until 1pm, meeting at Warsash Strawberry Fields. It has been organised by design firm Footprint, which is based in Swanwick Business Centre, in Bridge Road.

Hana Blackburn, business development manager, said: ‘As a company we are trying to do our bit for the environment. I am attempting to gather local businesses, volunteers and residents as it is time to take action on the shores.’
