A Question Time-style debate on the proposed EU Referendum will form the centrepiece of the ninth annual Southern England Local Partners (SELP) European Congress.
The event is being held at the University of Ports-mouth, and will feature a keynote speech by Lord Harrison, of the House of Lords EU Committee.
There will also be a panel of members representing different British industries, who will voice their opinions and concerns surrounding the proposed in–out referendum.
The debate is a free event for anyone to attend and will take place on Friday, September 4.
The panel will start proceedings at 11am in the Eldon Building in Winston Churchill Avenue.
There will also be an opportunity for business representatives to network and build relationships with potential European buyers.
The SELP is a partnership comprising Local Authorities, Local Enterprise Partnerships, Universities and other public and private stakeholders from Southern England.
