A PORTSMOUTH car company has appointed a new chief financial officer after being ranked one of the best places to work in the UK.

The Car Finance Company has announced the appointment of Nigel Clibbens.

Nigel said: ‘This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious company that has been founded on the core principles of fairness, trust and transparency.’

He joins having spent over 20 years working with Lombard (RBS Group), where he was latterly the chief operating officer.
