A COMPANY which has won a Portsmouth City Council landscaping contract has taken on a second unit in the area on a five-year lease.

ISS has this week signed the contract for a 4,231 sq ft unit at Mitchell Way, within the Airport Industrial Estate.

The space was let by Segro, via agents Vail Williams and Lambert Smith Hampton.

ISS UK property director, Matt Berzak, said: ‘We were looking for a new depot for our local grounds maintenance team and Segro was able to provide a unit with a good yard area, in a convenient location, close to our existing Portsmouth premises.’

The company employs more than 45,000 people in the UK, operating from around 120 premises across the country.
