Clinic gives its backing to this year's glamorous Hair and Beauty Awards
Changes Clinic has announced that it will be sponsoring this year’s Barber of the Year category.
Kim Way, proprietor of Changes Clinic, which offers both non-surgical and surgical solutions from its 1000 Lakeside base, said she was excited to be returning to the awards after taking a year break.

‘I’m all for recognising people in the local community.
‘Hairdressers deserve a bit of recognition. From the barbers to the lifetime achievement, they all deserve to be in the spotlight, especially the training academies and the work they do supporting young people.’
Kim said the clinic was hoping for success, especially as one of its staff members Amy Richardson recently won Employee of the Year at the Portsmouth Venus awards. The clinic was also a national finalist in the Aesthetic Awards.
Kim said: ‘When you look at the top clinics, they are mainly in London, so for Portsmouth to feature among them is a big thing.’

Dr Vincent is sought after for his expert opinion, and he has featured on television channels, including Channel 5, Sky TV, Fox TV, Levant TV, Fashion TV and Discovery Channel.
Now Dr Vincent has joined Changes, the clinic has opened a hair loss division offering transplants, implants and scalp follicle tattooing.
Kim said: ‘We’ve been referring clients to a London company since we opened three years ago, but now we’re offering hair transplants on site from a leading surgeon.
‘I’m so pleased to offer these leading, global treatments.
