Chris started in the music industry at a young age with the help from his father Victor Wood, who played in venues like London’s 100 Club and the Royal Albert Hall, with some of the best musicians.

Victor died after a short battle with cancer in 1999, leaving his musical legacy to Chris, who has played in West End and became Billy Ocean’s musical director. Chris now has a successful career in the music industry and is a director at Igloo Music UK, a company specialising in teaching music.

The 21st Century Bassist – Bass Clinic will take place tomorrow from 7pm until 8pm at North Boarhunt Social Club, in Trampers Lane, Fareham. Tickets cost £19.95 and can be bought from igloomusic.co.uk.
