
The firm, which has offices in Southampton, Fareham and Winchester, was announced as overall winner for the south east in the EGi Deals Competition, run by Estates Gazette.
The south coast team played its part in the company topping the tables, having transacted the most deals for office, industrial and investment across the south east region.
The same team o led EGi’s M27 Corridor League Table, securing 48 deals, and Lambert Smith Hampton was named the Most Active Agency in Hampshire.
Guy Jackson, a senior surveyor based in the Fareham office, received a personal accolade as he was named EGi’s top Dealmaker title for the region.

The team enjoyed success in the South Coast Property Awards, where Lambert Smith Hampton won the Industrial & Logistics Property Consultancy Award, and it was also named the top Property Consultancy for Client Service.
Graham Holland, head of the South Coast for Lambert Smith Hampton, was awarded a lifetime achiever’s award for his contribution.
