FIVE property lots in and around Portsmouth are among 154 lots being sold at auction.

The first being sold by regional land and property auctioneer Clive Emson is Unit 3, the Old School House, Harbour Road, Gosport, which has a freehold guide of £25-30,000.

It is part of the former Clarence Square School, which was built in 1906 and has been used for business in recent years. With a main office/store and cloakroom, the unit extends to 526 sq ft.

In the same town, a three-storey property at 175 High Street is available freehold with a guide of £90,000. The ground floor was previously let to an estate agency for £10,000 per annum; the maisonette above has been sold on a long lease.

Self-contained premises on the ground floor of 133 London Road, North End, Portsmouth, let at £8,000 per annum to a legal firm on a five-year commercial lease, are guided at £75-85,000.
