A RECENT recruitment campaign has allowed a company to meet its demand.
Fareham-based Amiri Construction has succeeded in a bid to add to its experienced team.
The firm has appointed additional project and contract managers as well as a quantity surveyor.
Andy McArthur from Portsmouth joins as project manager with 20 years’ industry experience.
Previously Andy was a site manager and project manager after starting out as an engineer 15 years ago with McAlpine.
The firm’s new contracts manager Greg Diment is no stranger to many of the Amiri team as he worked between 2001 to 2003 with the directors at Southampton’s Benson Construction.
Becoming Amiri’s fourth quantity surveyor, Daniel James from Southampton comes from an experienced background in the industry after working at Brymor for four years and Rok Construction for nine years.
Amiri’s managing director Grahame Pettit said: ‘We’re fortunate to be able to attract people of their calibre to join our hard-working team as we successfully compete for many of the south’s top projects across many sectors of industry and commerce.’
