A FAREHAM firm will mark its 40th anniversary at the Farnborough International Airshow.

Barnbrook Systems, a designer, developer and manufacturer of electro-mechanical switching devices, secured a six-figure deal with aerospace giant Leonardo at last year’s event. Preparations have begun for its 12th consecutive appearance.

Founder Tony Barnett said: ‘The Leonardo deal at the 2016 airshow was a milestone,

‘We have secured more business with Leonardo as well as major international aerospace clients. We’re aiming for another highly successful show which would be the icing on the cake in our anniversary.’
