ONE of Portsmouth’s newest business hubs is offering fledgling firms the chance to win £10,000 worth of desk space, support and investment.

It is being run by Innovation Warehouse Portsmouth, and is aimed at local start-ups which have a great business idea but need desk space, business support and financial investment to launch.

All the proposals will be evaluated based on the product on offer, its market, scalability, and the team which will be running the business.

Successful applicants in this round will then be invited to pitch live at Innovation Warehouse.

To enter the competition is simple. Entrants need to do is submit a one-page summary of a business idea, along with a plan, written in less than 1,000 words, to shena@innovationwarehouse.org.

Applications must be received by June 30.
